Emma treated me for a year and a half, and was instrumental in my recovery. I am incredibly grateful for everything Emma did for me, and cannot recommend her highly enough! A couple of years ago I suffered acute back and hip pain caused by pelvic displacement during my pregnancies and a serious ankle fracture. I had tried a number of different treatments and therapists for months, which either didn't work or made things worse. Meeting Emma was a real blessing, and the combination of her physiotherapy and dry needling treatments worked amazingly well for me. I felt so lucky to have found such a brilliant physiotherapist, and was devastated when she moved away! Emma tailors her treatment to your specific symptoms on the day, and is very proactive in suggesting different stretches and exercises that can speed up recovery. She is extremely caring and punctual, and, on a personal note, was always a real pleasure to have in my home and a laugh to be around.

I have been working with Emma for close to three years. Throughout this period she has showed high professionalism in every aspect. In her work she has always shown a lot of initiative, constantly seeking new methods of Physiotherapy. Most importantly, though her very positive and optimistic personality went a long way of achieving good results and creating an overall pleasant environment for work. She has a very professional and strict attitude to work but extremely polite to work with. Previously i have worked with a number of different Physiotherapists, therefore with full confidence can I claim she is a world-class professional. I have Parkinson's disease and therefore systematic work on balance and muscle stretching is constantly needed. The results of Emma's work is very well reflected in the words of my neurologist that Emma's input is invaluable and 'of greater importance to my treatment than anything else'

Emma McCabe is a briliant, knowledgeable Physiotherapist. She has been a great help to me over the past three years.

Emma McCabe has been my Physiotherapist for the past two years. She has helped me enormously with her kind, gentle, diligent and very knowledgeable approach. She has become a valued friend, whom I can highly recommend.

My husband and I, age 92 and 91 have been patients of Emma's for about three years. She is extremely good at her work, also delightful and very sympathetic, understanding of the need, in our cases, for maintenance and support rather than dramatic results. She is an essential part of our maintenance and totally recommended.

In a relatively short time, Emma’s targeted exercises have helped strengthen and stabilize my core, spine and other joints, which has in turn reduced the associated pain and muscle spasms. I can now do more aerobic exercise which has hugely improved my quality of life”

My nine year old daughter has EDS, POTS and ME/CFS, she was too unwell to leave the house and used a wheelchair. I searched hard to find a physiotherapist who has experience in treating all of these complex and chronic conditions. Emma has the expertise and vast amounts of experience to give specific exercises and essential lifestyle adjustments, quickly and efficiently in Skype consultations... no travel, no long waiting lists. We applied all that Emma suggested and within just a few weeks, my daughter was standing, walking and is now cycling! This is a lifelong journey for my daughter and regular Skype appointments with Emma mean that we can see tweak and adjust as needed, which is hugely convenient and also affordable. We are absolutely delighted hugely relieved to have found Mobility Physiotherapy.

Emma has been fantastic. Her email communication prior to the first session was very efficient and she was able to see me quickly. In the first session she understood the problem with my back and was able to improve it even within the hour. With follow up exercises (again emailed out that day) and a further session her help made a difference. I would definately recommend her as a physio.
