Bergman Method Advanced Facial Reflexology

Ziggie Bergman developed facial reflexology in 1997 and won the Association of Reflexologists Award for Excellence.

Much like foot reflexology, facial reflexology focuses on reflex (pressure) points on the face, which helps to stimulate the body’s healing mechanisms, lymphatic system and helps improve circulation and nerve conduction.
